Girl Effect Pro-Bono Campaign

Manifesto

Girl Effect had historically relied on support and donations from corporations. Now they wanted to rally the masses with an eye-opening campaign that would help empower that girl on the other side of the world. They wanted to make a splash  anchored by the 10/11 “International Day of the Girl.” Our concept: Turn the saying “A girl should know her place” on its head.

Famous women spoke up

We’ll post on social and banners encouraging people to tell their followers what empowers them, then donate to GE.

When they do, they’ll be able to add their favorite Girl Power song to a Girl Effect donors-only Spotify playlist.
